Avenue wins Gold at inaugural international Indigo Awards

'Roundup' is the collection of key stuff we've either been reading, discussing or working on during the month at Avenue.

It’s awesome to be recognised by your peers, especially when they work at some of the coolest companies on the planet.

So we were humbled and excited to hear that our website for FrancoCrea received two Gold Awards in the inaugural Indigo Awards for:

  • Website Design
  • Mobile Design

Digital Designer of the Year

We have also been shortlisted for the Digital Designer of the Year” award, which is to to be announced at the Indigo Awards ceremony in Tokyo on May 24th, 2018.

So we’re off to the land of the rising sun for the awards ceremony, and are keen to meet the other winners.

We really must thank Franco Crea as well, as he showed enormous faith in giving us full creative license to develop the website.

You can see the FrancoCrea website at: francocrea.com.au

Inspired by the Indigo Orchid, the awards name and vision is based on…

“looking for exceptional projects that shine with an uncommon artistry. A fresh new take on design inspired composition and layout.”

They accept nominations in the following design disciplines:

  • Graphic Design
  • Digital Design — UX and UI design

An impressive judging panel

The judging panel includes leading creatives from these amazing companies:

Brenton Cannizarro
Believing hair should be long and celebrated, Brenton was ironically bald at 28. A lover of the world game, he will never walk alone, and also has a deep passion for hard rock music.
Think we might be a good fit for your project?
